HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Post op month 15 is drawing to a close and I've managed to lose 0.2 lbs. This has been like spending an entire honeymoon with a dh that can't get it up. When the hell are my pounds going to just melt away if I stay on plan???
I did ok last week. It was more carb than normal and higher in sodium for a treat filled weekend. Calories remained under control and cardio is on point. I'm still lacking in the strength training and working on geting back on program. The last few days I was lax about the liquids, plain water especially. I am back to sipping.
I've got a tough week ahead and focusing is hard. Its going to be meat and veg plus protein powder as my main stays. This week I'll be avoiding the simple carbs except for a little fruit; and, nuts because they are so high calorie. I had nuts last week and I do not want this to become a snacking habit. Of course I will get my work outs on. Hopefully I'll actually drop a pound.

Girl I lost .2 last week or the other week I don't even remember and I was like what the **** am I doing this for. But i'm trying to adjust my thinking the WW way into thinking that every little bit counts.
I swear I love this way of eating, I am literally eating whatever I want. Oh I did drop my points by one cause I made it to the 180's. YEAHHHH !!!! But I have been eating more allowance points and I think that will be the key to me losing a little more weight cause I workout so much. We shall see.
