Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

I'm baa--aaack!  (In the voice of that creepy little poltergeist girl as she stared at the static on the tv and listened to the white noise.)  Been having "a moment" so I had to duck out for a minute.  Now, once again, its time to ...

Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Its MONDAY my BAF family.  How did you do last week and over the weekend?  What's your plan for this week?  You know what you need to do.  Did you do it last week?  Are you going to do it this week?

Keep the basics in mind.  Protein first.  Water, sip, sip, sip.  No drinking while eating, let fullness sink in.  Vitamins and supplements, take them.  Excercise, get moving.  Beware of the carb monster if he is your nemisis.  We will do this!

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Hopped out the rack this morning and for the second time since goal, I was a pound OVER goal...YIKES!!!!  Actually, damn near TWO lbs over.  I was 188.8 (goal is 187).  However, took my morning "watering" and knocked off a pound down to 187.8.  Felt a LITTLE better about that.  Few minutes later, had to take a ahemm uhhh POO.  Then weighed again.  Was down 2.2 lbs after that.  Yeah, that was some heavy sh*t right???  Happy to say that the scale moved back into "calmer" waters after that.  Ended up at 185.4.  But STILL tho.  A little tooo close for comfort.  But I know exactly what I've been doing.  It ain't like I on know WHY.

Been doing the minimum exercise and seems like eating JUNK to the max.  I do well during the week days at work.  But have been letting lose on the weekends.  Ughgg, enough of my confessions.  Like what we always say, "don't talk about it; be about it".

Got my bottle of H2O at hand.  Had my bacon/egss and protein this mornng.  Planning on high protein for the rest of the day/week.  Cardio tonight.  30-45 minutes.  Keeping it moving.

"don't talk about it; be about it".

Been a long time since I heard that one.  Confession is good for the soul.  Glad you put it out there cause you know you are not alone.  Others need to hear it.

... and DAMN that was some heavy **** , lmao!

Yeah that sh_t was REAL heavy!

I'm just 14 days out and still on puree foods. However...and thats a big one, last night I did have a whole BBQ chicken wing! I know I know, but the smeels of the grill and all the people talking how good it was i just HAD to have it!

And you know what? It wasn't that good! It went down fine and did not come back up. But the feeling of "I prob should not have done that" stayed with me all night long...soooo I will not be doing that again untill it it time for me to go to solids!

Let guilt teach you your lesson.  You don't want to learn it in an ambulance.  Solids aren't too far away.  Puree that next chicken wing.  Be strong, there is a life time of good eating in moderation ahead of you.

I stuffed my face like a dayum cow this weekend - NO EXCUSE - just did it.

I also was only in the gym one day last week - I paid for that Saturday morning with my trainer.

THIS morning I worked out with my kettlebells at home - my tattoo is still really tender and the thought of my exercise capris on it and working out inthe gym almost brought a tear to my eye.....LOL!!!

i have tuna, pears, bananas and sparkling water in the fridge here at work - I have GOT to get this mess together!!!!

Took my sone to the beach this weekend and we walked on the beach about 15 miles and I felt good that was on Saturday. Yesterday didn't do anything because I had done enough on Saturday. Eating was good and water was good especially on Saturday because it was so dagum HOT. Scale not moving but inches are coming off. I have made myself a chart to track my inches every week o see how much progress i'm making so far so good.

You're blessed to be able to walk in the heat and what a lot of walking you did too.

I track inches too.  Its the only thing that keeps me from loosing my mind when the scale won't budge.  I'm comming down to what I hope will be my final size when I hit goal.

Still holding fast and hard to my grind.   I leave for my big summer trip in less than a month and I want to look good when I go so I'm on it.

My shorts that were tight the day I bought them before starting WW is now huge on me and I will be having them taken in before I leave.   Yes lord, Yes !!!!!

I'm doing way to well to mess up now, haven't had M&M's since who knows when, and I don't miss them.  But I know I will be having some in Europe because they bake their nuts really roasty and they are delicious.   But i'll still be counting my points even when i'm on vacation.

KEEPING THE FIGHT STRONG AND HARD ON THIS FRONT.
