Getting Back on Track - 20 lbs lost since March
In May I am very pleased with my progress. I focused on my actions and thinking and I lost 10 pounds in May. I am very happy with my progress thus far. Despite my ups and downs on the scale this past 3 months I have still managed to lose 20 pounds March 5th & I am ecstatic about my progress.
I am still behind on my 8 pound a month average but that is quite OK with me. I may or may not catch up. The main thing is the scale is moving in the right direction.
May 2010 accomplishments:
I exercised 3 days a week at the gym.
Stuck closely to protein 1st rule.
Stayed with my calorie range most days.
Have been working on all or nothing attitudes and I have worked on more positive thinking.
June Goals:
Exercise at gym 5 days a week.
Eat more veggies and fruit.
Continue healthy positive self talk

Congratulation on your lost it good to know that it can be done. I'm will me 3 yrs of and have trouble maintaining. But now on the the road to knowing it can be done.
