I pretty much never post over here, but saw this today because I'm procrastinating :) This is more of a community where people know each other already and talk about OT stuff a lot, but I primarily use OH for WLS-related stuff.
If I were you, I wouldn't stress about getting support on BAF if you're getting support other places . . . right? Why aren't the RNY board (where I spend most of my time) and the main board good enough for you? Be thankful for the support you've received, no matter where it came from. Smooches!
Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.
Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.
