Long Time Post-Ops....We've Confessed. What's the Plan?
What are we going to do to get back on track and STAY ON TRACK?
I have committed to limiting my "cookie splurge" to once per month.
I have re-committed to drinking 1 gallon of water per day
I will continue to exercise 6 days per week and increase the intensity/duration
That's it for now.....taking small steps to get back to where I was/want to be.
Also, thinking about joining weigh****chers on-line.
Thats right MsC get back on it. Our tool is always with us. This is forever and we can always get back on program.

I joined Weigh****chers 2 1/2 months ago and I have lost 9.6 pounds so far. A total of 15 pounds since January. :)
I walk 4 miles every single morning (can't run anymore due to knee)
I do a workout every night around 7:45 for a half hour
I do 40 push ups a night (working back to 50)
I do 200 sit ups a night (working back to 500)
Going to start doing my pull ups again today
I eat really well, don't even have M&M's Sunday, haven't had that in months
I don't know what else I can do to make any more progress, so i'm going to stick to what I have been doing.

Well remember last year when I first started running, I could barely run for one minute, and by the time I finished the 5K, 8K, and 10K, I was running 2 1/2 hours straight. So it starts slow but you build up fast.
But to be honest running is not worth it, you screw up your knees and like Becca told me, "I am still young and you have to keep up with me and I don't want your ass hobbling behind because you HAD to run, and screwed up your knees"
And what did I do, I RAN AND SCREWED UP MY OLD AS 46 YEAR OLD KNEES. HUGE MISTAKE, HUGE
