Now this is funny, I will be 5 years post op, and I will tell ya, the last thing I want is a protein drink....although I NEED to get rid of these 20 pounds I 've gained back, but I just can't seem to get back on track with exercise and leaving the sweets and chicken wings alone, it's REAL hard to get back in the grove the further out you get...UGH!
