What the hell?
I admit ...I've just been too lazy to get off my butt! I only have 20lbs to lose but you would think I would get motivated to get it off and KEEP it off!
I REALLY need to get back on track although I really don't feel like it physically....I guess I just gotta do what I don't wanna do and that's get back on track mentally & physically!

Mack, I struggle emotionally as well and I have since day 1. Finding that balance is critical to our long-term success (in all areas).

Any tricks to alleviating the snacking? I find myself waking up at 2 a.m. and heading straight for the kitchen. If I didn't exercise, I KNOW that I would be back up to 300 lbs.
the snacking is literally a battle. I take sleeping pills to KNOCK ME OUT so I stay down and don't get up at 2......... yea, I said that ish - they are zero calorie, so kiss my azz to anybody with a problem with that! LOL
Giving up the liquor has been interestingly difficult. Had a minor 'slipback' week before last, but once I finished that bottle, I didn't 'reup' LOL - but it was a 1.75 liter bottle....
Right now, I'm forcing myself to snack in the mornings on fruit and peanut butter crackers and only ONE treat PER DAY in the afternoon or later at home - but ONLY ONE! lol
I'm tryin to put my all in before my Vegas vacation - I know I will lose when I am there - I eat steak, skrimps (yep - skrimps) and roasted veggies ALLL DAY and night - I lost 10 lbs last time, all that walking and good eating - carbs don't even look tasty next to a nice filet.....
