Chonuff your pictures are great and this is a reason I come to this site. I am looking for motivation and to motivate someone else.

Thanx Ms. Coke!! THIS FORUM, as well as some other areas on this site has been pretty informative and motivational to me as well and if i can be of any assistance or help to anyone else (WHO WANTS IT) then i am certainly here for them.
As far as posting pictures in your post, chile i have LOST that concept along with that 100 pounds i lost........lol i seriously cannot remember how to do it. I thought i did earlier but, oh well i still cant get it.
