Who-What-Where-When-Why Are You Motivated???

1.  Being so overweight that I feared that I couldn't run for my life if my life depended on it (not runner swift now but not afraid to try).

2. Being able to sleep through the night without having to toss, turn or get up for food.

3. Not hating exercise like it was going to kill me if I started some.

4.  Wearing my old plus size swimsuit and looking JUST RIGHT instead of looking like a sausage in it.  I sure that last year when I wore it if I was quiet enough I could hear it crying and begging for mercy.

5.  Just knowing that I CAN DAMN IT!

1. Knowing I have options.
2. Fitting in clothes I've never been able to wear before.
3. Finding my waist.
4. Doing some normal physical activity and not needing CPR (stairs, picking something up off the ground).
5. Being able to see my feet when I stand up and use my lap when I sit down (Thank ya!)
