Weight gain night eating.
Hi I'm 6 years out and had gained 27 pounds. I'm an night snacker as well however old habits are hard to break once starting them back up again. I have lost 15 of the pounds that I gained I went back to basics protein. plus I have sf jello and Popsicle's, and sometimes dill pickles for snacking at night. I go to the gym at least 4 time a week and work out and try getting all of my water in. There are days that I still struggle but I take it one day at a time I'm determined to get the last 12 lbs off.
