Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Its the TUESDAY after a long holiday weekend.  How did you do?  Did you behave, indulge, or over indulge?  Have you achieved the results you wanted for the week?  

Think like a thin person.  Indulge yourself and enjoy eating but know to adjust for your indulgences.  Cut back on another meal or add an extra workout to make up for the calories.

I am still 1.6 lbs up and retaining water like crazy.  I ate carelessly over the week which I'm sure has not helped.  I did watch the calories and up the cardio so that my calorie deficit was on point.  I'd hoped to loose 2 lbs but it didn't happen.

I've decided not to fret about it this time.   By now I should know better than to expect to loose in any predictable manner.  I'm going to work the protein, veg, water and leave the carbs alone this week.

Keeping it on the down low...but I am doing well. I logged my info into 50 million pound challenge and FitDay.com...I feel good about where I am today. Did not go wild over the weekend and walked ALOT in Philly. Going to pick up our pool passs...so that we can make swimming 2 days a week part of the plan. All else is well...and I am in good spirits. Vitamins are in order. Will have a low carb burger for lunch...ate a hearty breakfast..bacon and eggs. Dinner will be a salad and fruit. goal is to shoot for 100 ozes of water today.

Well, LOL. anytime you start with well you know its not good. LOL. Yesterday I had a rib. It wasn't all the great, but the one I had today was wonderful. I have to either make my hubby hurry and eat all the ribs or put them in the trash because I can see myself having a rib everyday two or three times a day. I have no control..lol. I have found another weakness. Hell, all food is my dang weakness...lol. I don't think I exercised on Sunday. I really can't remember, but I know I didn't exercise yesterday. I need to make it happen today, tomorrow, and the next day minimum. I hope to get friday in too. I am good on my vitamins..water is not working as well. I don't know what happen. I was soooo good with water, exercise, and food, and now I have fallen off the wagon. I didn't think I would fall off this soon. How do I get it back together?

Just forget about the weekend and get back to working your plan.  Add a little extra cardio or do a little cutting back if you need to.  Food is a weakness for most of us.  Some times we can have a little, other times we know better than to take that first bite.  Freeze those ribs so you have to work at getting to them.  It will give you time to think about it first.

Hit the gym early this morning for cardio.  That was yesterday's session.  Going back tonight to complete today's session.  Will be glad when son's baseball season is done.  It's been messing up my schedule, but have been moderately successful in working aound practices and game.  

Trying to eat clean (low carb) this week to make up for the past long wkend.  Had tuna fish for lunch, bacon and eggs (DS patient  :  ) and protein coffee for breakfast.  Thinking bout chicken breasteses for dinner.   

Other than that, I'm good!!!

Good for you doubling up on the gym.  I hauled my ass to the gym yesterday because I'm tired of the make ups/ guilt over skips, lol.

Accountabilty? Ha! My weekend was so fugged when it came to eating. I sampled some of everything, but I did so in moderation.

Garlic bread w/artichoke dip
Butter pecan cookies
Taffy apples
LOTS of cherries
LOTS of BBQ
Jelly Belly Beans

I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow, because I screwed up today as well. Not enough protein. Not enough water. Shrimp scampi and pasta (lots of it) tonight for dinner.

I'm starting over tomorrow with a vengeance.
