CALLING ALL MY BLACK SISTAS!!! - HAIR EMERGENCY.

I need your help A.S.A.P.

I know what I did was beyond stupid so let me go ahead and get that out of the way.

I accept full responsibility for my current predicament.

I used some gel to slick my hair up and then put it in a pony tail over the weekend.

I then washed it last night and was to tired to do it completely.

I went to sleep with a shower cap on with a lot of gel still in my hair and it was wet.

Woke up this morning to finish what I started last night and I swear I have dreadlocks.

HELP ....UGGGGGGH!!!!!!

Does anyone know of anyway to get this mess out?

Give me the names of some good hair detanglers.

I do not want to have to cut my hair off.

Please help me.

Hair 911 had a clear detangler with a slick texture that works well.

This is what I get for being lazy.

Lesson learned.

 When my hair dreads up I detangle it with conditioner, no kind in particular just conditioner.  It works great, I untangle it with my fingers then with a big tooth comb.
