down 30 pounds in 17days help me with protein shakes pls

so i had surgery may 10  i began walking right away i have been not being gettin enough protein in im really trying hard i am having some trouble eating but i dont care the weight is comming off  im  walking a mile a day now this week i will try in do two miles any protein that is good out there i started at 419 ,,, well last june i was 455 this is the best thing i have ever done

My favorite brand of protein is the Syntrax Nectar brand, it comes in all types of fruit flavors.  It mixes well in water or you can use SF drink mixes to give it some variety.

I also like Unjury Vanilla and Chocolate, it's a bit pricey though.  The Wal-Mart Body Fortress Vanilla is good and so is the Jillian Michael's Vanilla (also sold at Walmart).

Syntax Nectar is really good. I have also found the Gatorade G3 drinks are good. Pricey, but good.

I also LOVE the Nectar product line, it's not thick and icky like some of the whey shakes are. You can call their 800# and see if they will send you a sample pack of about 12-19 shakes for $9.99 (includes shipping and handling). I can't recall the exact amount I sent, but there was one of each flavor and it helped me to decide on my faves before I ordered the 2lb. canister. I'm also a diehard Jay Robb Egg White Protein fan! His egg white proteins do not contain whey are are SO delicious and smooth, you feel like you're having a milkshake instead of a protein shake. The chocolate is may all time fave.
