Sunday dinner - whatchu got on it??!!!!

 Hey fam!!!  Man - I am sooooo glad for the long weekend - feels GREAT to know that I am NOT going anywhere tomorrow!!!! BUT - I have no clue what i will cook today!!!

Not in the mood for BBQ
Not in the mood for italian
Not in the mood for asian type fook
Not in the mood for just about anything!!!!!!

I may do some kind of veggie medley - but I am still BLAH about food!!! This is really annoying - I will think up something though - I refuse to be bored and graze through bullchit! 


So what are YOU guys doing? maybe I can steal some ideas......

Where's my cyber meal people?  It can't get any sadder than me being the only one cooking today      .

I'm cooking a whole cauliflower as "rice", "mashed potatoes", and "potato salad" for sides throughout the week.  For protein, baked pork chops in one of those seasoning/ bake in bag things today. 

I need to plan for the week.  I've got ground chicken and turkey in the freezer to work with.  I may do some salmon croquettes and some beans.      

I don't really know since I am the cook and I'm on sick leave LOL Today for the family it maybe Burger King or McDonald's. They are on their own.

I will be having a cyber meal too!! I'm too busy glued to my TV watching the INDY 500 then later this afternoon/evening NASCAR's Coca-Cola 600 race.  Well, first crash @ INDY, gotta get back to my TV.  If anyone wants to feed me, I'm in TX, near Austin!!! LOL

I'm quarantined lol (got pneumonia of all things).  Mom-in-law came to get the baby, and Pizza Hut is on the speed dial.

 I WAS thinking about doing the BBQ thang today...nah, that's going to wait until tomorrow.

I had a Southwest salad from Mickey D's instead. 

 I had homemade pizza (low carb--high protein)... it was okay... I think pizza is a food group... so I'm glad I found something i could eat every week without drama!

Tomorrow... hot dogs and low sugar baked beans...
