LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I have not been behaving well this weekend. No poor food choices but much mindless eating and grazing on the "ok" stuff. Not good.
I hit my all time high in water retention yesterday with body water over 56%. I must do a little research on this one. Still, the scale is comming down although I'm still a few pounds up. Water % rising and weight declining ... there must be some fat loss there somewhere.
I started today off badly but I've eliminated the foods I've been abusing. I am going to push the dense protein and veg so that I'm too full to graze on any lighter foods. Today will be a tough one.

Well, I thought today I was going to have some BBQ, but my hubby went over to a cousin's house and lost track of time, so no go on the ribs. LOL Now I have to figure out whats going to be for dinner tonight. I am upset right now, but I will get over it. So far so good. I have been drinking water and taking vitamins. I did have a piece of KFC fried chicken, but that was the only bad thing today. Nothing else bu****er for the rest of the day and lean protein.
