LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I was great until after 9pm yesterday when I had dinner at a ff italian place. The menu was totally lacking in rny friendly options. I had the smallest slice of mediocre pizza and a bread stick. The calorie count was astronomical according to the on line nutritional facts. I had the half portion so I hope the 310 calories listed was for the full slice. If not, the calories are double that of dominos or pizza hut. The bread stick was an additional 100 calories to boot. Low protein, high carb, high fat. Never again.
Fortunately I had eaten light all day so I had enough calories in my "budget" to handle it. I also had a little caffine hoping to dehydrate some with this water retention. Otherwise I was all been on plan for the day. I did an extra half hour of cardio and will again today so I can have tomorrow off. Still catching up on the strength work.

I have a 10am with my trainer this morning - more boxing!!! WHOOHOOOO love it! Operation 'Fione as heyl for Vegas' is in FULL EFFECT!!!!
my new snack plans with the pears is working - I'll switch up the fruit next week, but I'm going to incorporate it in at this point to keep me off the high cal/high carb bullchit.....
This weekend - water challenge. I need to get it in - I know for a fact I've been dehydrated this past week, so it's seriously critical, especially with the heat outside. I'll be slurping down gallons during the trip too since it's gonna be hell hot out there.
Anyhoo - I will need to come up with some ideas for dinner tomorrow - haven't a CLUE! and not in the mood for anything in particular - I'm back to ho hum about food and that's dangerous cause that when the bullchit starts......LOL

yesterday had a couple glasses of wine and today the same. I didn't want to waste the wine for some reason, but now that it is gone there won't be any coming back for some months. The calorie count was not so bad from the wine, so I am not tripping. I will do an extra workout to burn the calories. I am not keeping track today. I think this morning I had some hot wings with ff ranch, two glasses of wine, later on I had a slim fast bar for snack, then I had half an apple with a tbl spoon of peanut butter, finally i had a mini slice of pizza. I would say 1/16 of a slice. Not sure how many cal. that is. Maybe 1000 for the day thus far. I will burn about 200 which will put me at 800 then I won't feel bad about having dinner. Yesterday I had a chocolate chip cookie too. I was mad at myself, but then i start thinking maybe I am trippin. One cookie. I remember a time when I could eat a whole box of cookies, now I am tripping off of one. I guess I am more aware of the calorie content of one cookie, but dang..A girl deserve a cookie every once in awhile. Had to walk that off too.. Tomorrow I will be walking two or three times because I think the grill will be burning. I know I am going to enjoy a rib. 477 cal for one. Dang. I am not going to eat any extra fat or sides. I need to plan now for tomorrow. B- egg wrap (200cal) S- SF bar(100cal) Lunch - turkey salad ff dressing(150 cal) S- 1/2 apple(50 cal) D-Rib & veggies(520) gives me a total of 1020. Plus I will walk and burn some fat cal. Just in case I get greedy and want a second rib.
