I am not at all focused this week.  Two days on poor eating followed by a day of healthy foods but I ate way too much veg.  Over eating is over eating regardless of what it is.  I had a big appetite yesterday.  Time to nip this in the bud. 

Today I am back to tracking diligently.  I'm four pounds up right now and thanks to my body water scale and the pitting edema in my legs, I know its fluid.  I also know its caused by too many carbs and processed foods.  Time to get back on the program.

Today protein first.  I've been ignoring the rule for the past few days with lower quality protein sources.  I am getting all the liquids in including a quart of plain water , vits are on point and I'm staying off the caffeine.  I must kick the sodium again but thank God the carb monster has not gotten to me.  Exercise, A+ for cardio, F for strength and ab work. 

I've got catching up to do.  If I hope to loose two pounds for this week I've got to rid myself of this water weight and hit the protein hard.

Yesterday I spent the day in San Francisco and that meant I had to eat out twice.  I had subway for lunch the chicken sandwich and didn't eat bread.   For dinner we had Mexican and I had a small taco no tortilla, but a bunch of dam chips.

I am going to be having the crap tea today to clear that crap out of my system, literally.  LOL.

Hoping still to lose 2 pounds this week but I only have 2 days so I don't know if that will happen.

Those chips are a killer.  Other than that you did good.  I count out a dozen then try to stop at that.  Thankfully the salsa is low cal.

I'm with you!.. I'm up exactly 4 pounds myself. Was close to getting to onderland and slacked off big time. Now, I'm back on my grind too (as of yesterday).. Watching the carb monster and hitting the protein  and excercise hard.

I realize my problem is not eating during lunch but I snack throughout the day. By the end of the day, I'm really hungry and been doing some late snacking. 

So, my  plan is to stack up on healthy foods/snacks this weekend and be self-controlled so that I can be prepared this next week.

Oh Flaricew don't you just hate it when your a few pounds from you goal and then it's like every dam time you fluck up and eat like a fool and go backwards.

Hell Lee, I'm trying to figure that one out myself! lol.. Guess my tail was psyched up "Expecting" the remaining to just melt off because I was only about 3 pounds away from being in onderland.

Reality sure did slap me hard Tuesday after weighting myself.

It seems like whenever I get close the scale betrays me.  I have been watching my calorie deficit so I know despite mis behaving I have not lost my mind. 

You hit the right term: self control.  I've got to get myself in check as well.

Whew!  I didn't hit the gym, but did kettlebells in the den this morning - had to ice my shoulder afterward (precaution).  Backward lunges w/side twists are tha TRUTH!!!! lol

Eating is on point - since last week, I have replaced my mid morning 'graze' of bullchit with a red pair and pack of peanut butter crackers.  It's been filling and lower calorie, plus the fiber has hummm..... helped keep things moving.....

working on water for the rest of today - but I am seriously Jones-ing for starbucks, so a venti americano w/SF caramel and half and half is on the horizon....... LOL

Smart icing that shoulder for a little prevention. 

As for things move'n, oh joy, oh bliss, gotta love it, lol.
