Yesterday I fell into the bad old days of no op fat chick eating.

My DONT'S for the day:
1.) Went from waking to four pm without eating sans one scoop of protein powder.
2.) Did three cardio sessions on no food.
3.) Had a late lunch that was too filling.  The total meal was  5 oz; but, I know to stop eating before I am full. You just can't make up for missed meals.
4.) Skipped the protein at dinner and went for the side dishes.  I also devoured the chips and snack mix.  Too much sodium from the junk food.

I got a few things right yesterday.  I held back on the caffeine in the diet soda.  Also, I slipped in an extra cardio session.  Dinner was at a bbq last night so I paid forward an extra half hour.  I've got catching up to do on my strength and ab work today.  Vits and water in were on point.

Today is a back on track day.  I've started with vits, water, protein, and a little veg.  The plan is three protein first meals and one or two scoops of protein powder plus maybe a low cal frozen fruit bar.  Full work outs planned for cardio and strength.

Morning!

Checking in......................I've been doing pretty good lately. I am back on my protein regularly (but I could increase it) and I'm doing water, water, and more water..........I'm so sick of water right now. any suggestions??

I'm down a few pounds and joined in a weight loss competition here at work; I am the biggest female (most of the women are tiny) but I did it for accountability! To weigh in with them every week is giving me motivation.

Take motivation wherever you find it.  I'm sick of water too.  No suggestions but I'm still forcing down a quart of the plain stuff a day.

Was in the gym at 5 this morning - KILT IT!!!! lol - I am sooo getting pumped for Vegas in July!!!!! did 15 cardio - I swear I will run at least for 1 min before the end of this week - I finally feel balanced and comfortable on the treadmill.  Then full body weights with lower weights/higher reps on upperbody, using the exercises my chiro taught me

100 oz water is the goal for today - vitamins done, planning on soup and 1/2 a BLT for lunch - dinner......man - the BBQ place by my house has a baked potato loaded with smoked chicken....good GAWD - that thang is awesome!!!!!! I had one Monday (rest of it yesterday) Imma have to 'reup' tonight, I think! You will be looking FIERCE in Vegas (you already look damned good)!

I use embarrassingly light weight because I can't lift heavy any more.  Surprisingly, it gets the job done without bulking up.

Yesterday the only thing I did right was exercise, drink water, and take my vitamins. As far as eating an calories I went way over. I had an alcohol beverage and two chocolate chip cookies to go along with my three meals and two snacks. I just don't know what got into me. I know I am not suppose to have a drin****il a year out, and I will not drink for awhile. I was a little curious about  the effects, but didn't really have an effect on me. Today I am doing much better. I exercised and started to do a little spring cleaning. Cleared out my closet, washed a couple of walls, and plan on mopping the kitchen and all the bathrooms. I have been in the mode of not wanting to do anything. But I have to break out of that and stay on track. My friend and I have challenged ourselves to lose 10lbs in six weeks, so I am trying to stay motivated so I can reach the goal. On the day we set we get together and celebrate our victory. Last time I barely made it because I had given up. Eventually, I got it together and start sticking to plan.

Us "Tweens" are at the stage where we're missing so many foods and geting bored with plan.  Nothing wrong with the occaisional treat as long as its just that and in moderation.  You know which foods you can play with and what to leave alone.

Sounds to me like you need variety to keep away the boredom.  #1MM pointed out to me that boredom leads to falling off plan and I agree.  There is a lot of lattitude in what we can include and stay on track.

YOU WILL DO THIS!
