Giiiirrrrrllll ...... this was a long post but I laughed,
sat here with tears in my eyes and enjoyed
reading every word of it. This brought so much to
mind, both happy and sad. You expressed so much that
I have felt. I am so proud of you and happy for what you
are accomplishing and for what you are doing for yourself.
I loves me some you and I'm grateful that I read this post.
p.s. There is so much more that I want to say but I have work
to do and shouldn't even be on here but I just had to make a
quick response.

Gurl....you said a mouthful...with that one word...progress. As long as we are making progress...we should not be so hard on ourselves..... I remember the words stagnant and stuck...I take progress over them any day of the week. It take a beautiful woman to be able to recognize that in someone else. You are a true inspiration to me...... Now more than ever since I know you personally! Beautiful inside and out!
What am I grateful for today? I am grateful for the wls journey itself!!! Today I have come to the conclusion that I have made great progress from 272 size 24w 3 x tops to 188 and a size 14 misses and xl tops . Yes I still have aways to go !!!!okay what 30 pounds and a size 10 misses is my goal. I plan on getting my workout and eating plan starting june first going to take the summer off no teaching summer school and workout and eat protein, veggies, and drink my water. I will keep u guys posted I have taken pictures today and will keep a food and exercise journey! 12 more days of school/work!!!! Then I can focus on me the next ten weeks and get atleast 15 pounds off for sure!!!! Again I am grateful for the slow progress and the shrinking body!!!! ssshhh and I'm able to wear heels and cross my legs.... and boy getting some attention from men something I have to get use to!!!! I just love shopping and wearing make up now!!! Lastly, I am grateful for family that have supported me !!!!!
