Thursday was not bad.  Plenty of plain water and about 90 oz liquids.  No work out but I spent the day in physical labor so I'm taking work out credit.  Vits taken, stayed away from the caffine.  Eating out is always higher in sodium than what I should be consuming.   

I was concerned about over eating today when I went out to dinner.  I ended up having just three buffalo wing pieces.  As a result I had to have three tbs of peanut butter to get enough calories and protein for the day.   

Today will be difficult because I will be all over the place.  I've got a salad packed and a package of salmon with some no cal dressing.  One meal down but I still have to manage the others on the go.  Failure to plan is planning to fail.  I did not prepare well.  Hopefully I'll keep it together.

I did well yesterday, but stil didn't make my water.  Darn it.  I am going to start again today trying with the water.  Right now it is 7:12 and i'm having my firs****er bottle before I go for my walk.   I am going to eat lite today probably shrimp and some zuchinni because Sat morning is weigh in day and I really want to hit my 5%.  I only have 2 ounces before I hit my 5% and it's ******g with me trying not to give it to me. 

Since I started taking these probotics my belly is feeling so much smaller, it doesn't feel as bloated all the time so that is a really good thing that I am enjoying very much.

So my goal for today is 8 glasses of water,  I really am going to try harder today to get it in.

I did probiotics for about three months and nothing.  Glad they are working for you.  Fingers crossed for your weigh in!

Funny thing is I don't know if it is the probiotics or just the fact the i'm eating well and doing WW.   Becca is convinced that it is the probiotics and i'm not 100% sure it is.

Got a smoothie after my workout last night and it jacked me up.  Tummy was bloated like crazy.  Lesson learned for that particular smoothie.  Caught up on workouts.  One more cardio session for this week, which I can do either tonight or Saturday....or Sunday (I love options  :  ). 

Scale said 178 this morning.  180 yesterday.  Hmmm?  Not trying to loose.  But I'm good, I guess.  But have been avoiding that 7-up pound cake.  Maybe that's helping.

B:  bacon/eggs
L:  Fish
D:  Hmmm?

What a difference avoiding that cake can make.  I'd kill to loose without trying.  Stay motivated!

 TGI Friday is right!  I am so ready for 5pm today I can't STAND it!

I forgot to set my dayum alarm back up - so I woke up too late to do anything this morning, I'm pissed at myself for that.  I workout with my trainer tomorrow though, so that's going to be my 'jump off' to get things together.  I need to do some serious cardio - so next week in the gym will be all about that. 

Water is still my struggle - that damn sparkling water doesn't seem to be water to me (can't explain it) so I am going to do as much plain water today as possible before I start sipping that stuff......

Vitamins are good, food is okay - late night snacking and me need a damn divorce tho! LOL

Girl I am working on killing that late night snack urge myself.  Enjoy the training session.  I'm so jealous, see my green eyed monster.

Hey (((M))) and ((((Everyone))), 

I have not been checking in like I should.  However, I have actually maintained for the last week or so and I give credit for that to my water intake.    When I do peek in, I always know that I can count on this thread to either confess my carb sins or report that I am doing well.  Thanks for keeping this daily post going M.
