hair falling out

hello  pls check my page ki do have pics ,,, im curently wearing micro braids n my hair because im lazy nwork like a slave but i wanted to kno can i have were weaves like im having a hard time gettin the protein n and i seem to only have an urgy to eat at  nite and not a lot jus like a couple spoon of apple sauce n water but i cant have my hair lookin a mess and and seems l,ike everyone keeps telling me it will fall out pls help i know it will fall out but can i weare a weave
