LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Today came close to requiering a no mercy and no excuses post. BUT, I pulled it back and dodged a cluster fkcu. I wanted to eat yesterday for the sake of eating.
When I did the math I realized that although the pouch was full, the nutrition was low because I filled up on plain salad veg. Fortunately I had plenty of calories available to fill the gap. Tempted as I was, I let common sense rule.
No plain water but 80 oz of liquids down. All vits taken. Yesterday was not a workout day. Without a workout my calorie deficit is insignigicant. However, I am eating below the maintenance needs for my ideal weight.
I'm still holding back on the sodium and caffine. Today I'm having dinner at a place where temptaion is high. They make the best fries: salty, greasy and flavor full. I don't order them myself but I need to be far away from anyone who does so I don't start stealing off plates.
I MUST BE STRONG! Have a good one people!

I have to get my water in, I don't know what the hell happened. I was doing so dam good on water and BAM I screwed up and stopped. So i'm going to try my best to get in 8 glasses today.
Caught up on gym time. Had to hit it twice yesterday (morning and after work). No practice today so I can hit my second strength training session for the week after work. Then I'll have Fri and/or Sat to close out my remaining cardio session. Making it work baby.
B: Bacon/eggs
L: Prolly tuna fish/mayo/crackers OR chicken breast
D: Hmmm? still thinking, but whatsonever it is, it's gots to be FUNKY!!!!!! haaaaaa lol
