Thanks everyone. Had the official one year post op weigh-in yesterday with my surgeon. Weighed in at 175 pounds fully clothed, good stuff. All my bloodwork looked good besides Vitamin D levels, will get a prescription for that. No more high blood pressure, no sleep apnea, no shortness of breath....basically a perfect bill of health. This has truly been a blessing. Just don't know why i didn't do this sooner!
