LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm on a new work out schedule. Yesterday's cardio, done. Plenty of plain water, about 90 oz liquids, pretty good eating for the day, vits taken. I'm still bloated and retaining water, but my weight is holding steady. Hopefully I've got some fat loss under all that fluid.
Today light cardio and strength. Holding to protein with a little veg and watching the carbs. Still staying off the sodium and caffine. I could really use a high octane cup of coffee this morning.

I am 'working' from home today.... ATT is installing Uverse - I am telling the cable man to KISS MY GRITS!!!!! lol
did some nekkid yoga this mernin..... so I am refreshed than a mofo!!!! Ready to kick the day's AZZ!!!!!
I'll be on track with no problem since I am at the crib - water will definitely go down - made a fresh gallon of iced tea yesterday and I have plenty of bottles of water around. Other than a couple of errands later on, nothing planned - this should be easy breezy!!!!!
oh - and the 'rumble down under' is settled - no tea or lax pills for me for a lil bit!!!! LMAOOOOO

Thought I was done with this kidney stone issue, but it has not passed yet. Was planning on getting up early and going to the gym for my strength training. Awoke to that farmiliar pain in my abdoman and lower back, so that thwarted my gym plans for this morning. Took some meds that stopped the pain in its tracks, so I should be back in the game for gym tonight. Will try to drink more h2o today to hopefully flush this stone out.

Rode my bike yesterday for about an hour. Ate ok. Snuck in some popcorn. Stayed under calories allowed and got all protein in, but no****er.
Today, I have my meals pretty planned. protein drink for bf, chicken breast with side salad and low cal dressing. would love fish for dinner. Getting my fluids in.

Had that extra half piece of fish, and been paying for it all morning..lol. I was trying to be strong, but gave right into temptation. Today I am planning to back on track. I am only doing a mile of walking today just to give me a little energy. I am planning to do my strenuous workouts MWF instead of doing five or six days killing myself. well I just hope to make it through another day..
