There are about 100 cals in a 3-4 oz portion of most sea food.  Cut yourself some slack.  We need to adjust to sensible eating.  That means quality food in reasonable portions.  I don't know what's in a McD's parfait, but it does not sound like you've done poorly to me.   Even after the rest of that fish.

oh thank you for telling me that. Now I don't feel so bad. I guess I given up at one point and I am trying hard to stay on track.
