LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday was hard. I was alone with some foods that easily could lead to mindless grazing for me unless I have some distraction. I held it together by leaving them alone. Not one bite.
Also yesterday I was retaining water big time AND dying of thirst. I suspect the Saturday night mango margarita was the culprit. Weird feeling it was. Lol, it was well worth it too. This was my first mixed drink post op. I may need to stay with wine and hard liquor if these kankles have any say.
Protien first? Not so much yesterday. Just 3.5 oz dense protein and no protein powder but I did have a protein bar. I've backed off the salt and caffine. However overall eating was a little high in fat because I had 2 oz of almonds and some peanut butter. Fortunately all good fats. I also had two cookies and a couple bites of plain cake. Not out of control but not protein focused.
Confession: I have not planned for the week. The cupboards are full of everything I don't need to eat. Today I must pull it together or guaranteed cluster fkcu. I'm even almost out of protein powder.

I am still pretty high after my large loss on Saturday and motivated to continue to eat well and workout everyday just as I did last week.
I have to do better on my water this week though, cause for the past 2 days I only got in 6 glasses and that is not cool, so i'll be working on that for sure.
I feel pretty excited about this week, I hope I can lose a few more pounds and if I don't there is always next week.

I did okay yesterday - then this morning, I did kettlebells - but only 5lb for upper body and I wore wrist guards and iced my shoulder afterward.... whew! getting old is HEYL!!!!
I drank that dieter's tea last night then had the all fired bright idea to take 2 lax pills this morning.... let's just say I am feeling VERY light on my feet but there is some inter office whispering about WHO exactly has been ****** up the ladies room ALL DAY.....
went to the mall at lunch to get my eyebrows done..... then had ANOTHER bright idea to get gelato on the way out....... did I mention what I did earlier today? yea..... it's gonna be a afternoon!

A new week to keep going. Yesterday I did okay. I had one extra snack than usual, but I am okay with that. Today I started the day off with a protein smoothie and exercise. i am trying out Tae Bo. LORD..its serious. I did maybe 15 mins of that and then walked on the treadmill for about 30 mins. 1st snack went well. Had about 1/4 an apple and 1.5 TBL sp of peanut butter. Lunch was good. I had a piece of baked fish and nothing else. I had another snack and I over did it. I had about 4 rice cakes. I went our with the kids and ran some errands, and they got hungry so I stopped at Micky Ds. I got myself a yogurt parfait. Dinner time I had half a piece of fried fish.(bad me) but it was good and a small salad. Mentally I want to finish the other half. I know I need to resist since I have had enough to eat. I plan to just drink water and go to bed. Tomorrow you will know if I had that other piece of fish..lol
