You are welcome, I have gained too much weight back and I needed to get this weight loss started again, so I started on my own but needed the information, Thanks to Ms Kim B for the info and Man I know this is personal but I kept running to the bathroom yesterday because of the fluid being flushed after doing the protein and my body starting to get into Ketosis. I could smell the Ketosis starting from the urine output. Jump on board cause this training is gathering momentum and ready to drop those unwanted pounds. I started yesterday and I am going to try this for 2 weeks! I will skip a week and start again for another 2 weeks! WELCOME ABOARD! ALL ABOARD WOOOOOOOO WOOOOOO! LOL

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon
1 bottle of diet green tea - 16.9 oz
Lunch - 1 cup of chocolate soy protein
3 squares of cheddar cheese
4 ozs of 100% white cihicken chunks
Snack - Pork rinds 1 oz
1 bottle of diet green tea 16.9 oz
1 bottle of water 16.9 oz
Dinner - baked chicken
1 cup of spinach
16.9 oz of water
1 bottle of diet green tea - 16.9 oz
