It's an hr later and I'm having oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and splenda

Hey Cookie missed your morning post's!!

My usual Click Mocha Smoothie & I will have a slice of bacon and a boiled egg for mid morning snack if I get hungry which I'm sure I will :)

Protein powder in a minute followed perhaps a boiled egg after my workout. 

I've started the vits and I'm working on my second 20 oz water for the day.  I am on a weekend recovery mission this morning, lol.

Good Morning Cookie!

I'm going to try an Atkins shake. I went to a graduation party yesterday and I'm not sure if the hot dog that I ate yesterday has me sick or if I have a bug.

Breakfast and excercise has given me energy and having me feeling pretty good.
I had a protein smoothie(Banana, strawberries, blueberry greek yogurt, ice, cup of orange juice, and scoop of nectar fuzzy navel protein powder) .
