i was at walmart yesterday, and the pillsbury cookies were calling me....Tay....Tay. i resisted and bought some brownies instead. with brownies, a little goes a long way.

Fortunately for me, they are only available for a limited time of the year. But for that one month damnit!!...........I lose my fr#$%^ng mind eating them one by one by one! I can take out a whole row in one seating......and then suffer like he!! for it.

Ok, ok, ok --- I confess: I never ever, ever eat breakfast any more. It's terrible and I working on
breaking that bad habit.
I'm going to just start doing a small protein shake in the mornings.
