Sunday dinner......??????

 Whew!  another week - another dollar...... and so it goes, BAF. 

I have not a CLUE what I will do today - lots of leftovers still in the fridge, this might just be a 'clear down' week.  Time to make room! LOL 

I think I will get some frozen clams and cook them myself - that bad episode earlier this week from Red Lobster just shows me that cooking my food MYSELF is the right way to roll - I have always had BAD luck when it comes to ordering fried food when I eat out. 

Anyhoo - that's it for me - I will probably head over to Mom's later to install her Windows 7, so pray for me - things could get ugly - we're talking about a woman who still doesn't get how call forwarding to a cell phone costs you cell phone minutes when you take the call.......

Hope all is well with you! Okay so today for dinner, asian style spare ribs in the crockpot that i marinated in lawry's szechuan sweet & sour bbq marinade since yesterday evening added minced garlic & onions to the crock and plan to add a touch of honey to it after the ribs are more done. - smells very good already - baked potatoes and either turnip greens or tossed salad not sure which one yet, garlic toast and banana pudding made with sugar cookies instead of vanilla wafers for dessert - new recipe i created lol lol.  Anyways have a great one everybody!

imma put some marinated pork chops on the george foreman, saute some zucchini, squash, and onions.  imma round that out with some brown rice...brownies for dessert.

asian toasted sesame steak with sauteed onions, green beans with a touch of chicken boullion and garlic powder.
Just a few more steps to wonderland......and believe me I am taking baby steps (ugh).
