Although I was running all day and having a blast, I did not act the fool. Three meals, two snacks, all of it quality except desert of course, lol. That was just 210 calories. Did the water, did the vits, got the protein.

This week I have gotten back on track. I set a goal for myself and got side tracked until the person i set my goal with made it to goal and I was far from it. Now I am proud to say that I almost made it. LOL> I missed it by 1 pound, but I am not mad at myself. I am thankful just to be motivated again, and now I know what I have to do. I am no longer in the 200s. Today the scale read 199. With this surgery I know tomorrow it can read 200 again, but i know what I made it too. I am not even more motivated to keep up my healthy lifestyle.
