Good morning, its FRIDAY at last. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Where do you stand with your plan this week? Any making up for misdeeds needed? Lets think skinny. If you have too much one day, cut back another day or up the workout to burn it off. You know what you need to do.

Still with the salt but getting better. I look like the stay puff marshmallow man I'm so bloated. Got into the caffine too with a pepsi zero.
Calories, water, vits all good. A long walk in the hot FL sun was my exercise, not smart. Food was adequate but poorly planned. Hence I ended up having a quarter pounder patty from MickeyD's twice, pork skins, cold cuts, and two oz of nuts. Each feeding was high calorie, high fat and except for the low sodium almonds not the healthiest choices.
Failing to plan really does equal planning to fail. The good news is I remained under my maintenace calories despite the hight fat for the day.
I've been on my protein lately but it doesn't seem to help. I almost feel hungrier (is that a word?) lol :)
I'm thinking about starting the Daniel Fast on Monday for 5 days; I need to look at the information again to make sure it'll work for me with bypass. I am determined to hit my goal so that's important..........gotta get my head in the game!
BACK TO Basics I mean it & I have motivation:
1. I have gained 4 of my "sick" pounds back (although it may be PMS water weight but I've been eating like a pig so I know I have gained)
2. Yesterday I entered the room on 2 separate conversations between co-worker's that went like this...... "she looks great but that sick weight will be back on her in no time...you jus****ch!"
3. Another co-worker actually approached me yesterday and said "oh you know that weight is not going to stay off of you; you looked good before but you look even better now but it's not going to stay off you know that don't you?" (I just walked away from the biotch and smiled. I did appreciate the fact that she said it to me and not others and I told her so later)
You know what I must have been looking good as **** yesterday to get all of that conversation LOL It's on like Donkey Kong :)
Drank a protein shake this morning, I have a boiled egg for mid-morning snack and a salad with tuna for lunch. I plan on having a black bean burrito with cheese, lettuce, salsa & tomato's for dinner on a low carb whole wheat burrito.

This better be my week to lose cause I have been eating really well and I have been getting in all my water and exercising.
Please lord let me have a decent loss in the morning. PLEAAZZEEEE .......
Today i ate greek yogart and a chicken caesar salad sandwich. I ate half of it and potato chips, then a yogart, then the other half of the sandwich about 2 hours lately. I drank all my water yesterday, but only 1/2 today thus far.
i still need to tighten up
