LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Is there a salt monster no one mentioned to me? The carbmonster is leaving me alone but I am craving salt. There is more than enough in my low sodium diet. Its making me crazy.
On my pass fail scale:
Sodium, fail/ caffine, pass/ calories, pass/ protein, pass/ fats, pass/ carbs, pass/ plain water, pass/ total liquids, pass/ vits, pass. Exercise, incomplete. It's lagging so far this week; but, there are enough days left for me to complete my plan.
Now to do a little more research on these salt cravings...

I am ON it!!!! Hit the gym this morning - the shoulder isn't hurting, but I didn't pu**** either. did cardio and lower body mostly - felt good to sweat! Even with my bruised butt...... LOL
Am going to treat myself like a prisoner today if I have to - NO EATING AFTER 7pm!!!!!! I'm looking to leave work early at 4 to go wig shopping, so I will have to make sure I get dinner in before picking babygirl up after soccer - if it ain't ate by 7 - TOO BAD!!!!!
Vitamins are done and I have 3 liters of water under my desk that will be gone before I leave for the day. I did some window shopping online for swimsuits for my upcoming vacation and there's LOTS of work i need to do to prepare - so no foolishness here!!!!

All I have to say is I have been PMSing the past couple of days.
I crave salt, sweets and FOOD constantly. I can't wait until it passes ahhhhhhhh I've eaten brownies, nutter butter peanut butter sandwich cookies (I digress but remember the commercial? :) extra dinner, extra snack, cheese nips the list goes on On a positive note because I am constantly hungry I have gotten in 2 protein shakes in a day. This too shall pass ...

Eating really well, skipped the morning workout to give my knee a break, but i'll be working out tonight for sure. (Man I miss running)
I will make this freaking goal. I will damit.
I'm getting in all my water and vitamins and staying on my plan like a champion, I ran out of my favorite ice cream sandwiches, I have to get them right away.
Haven't had M&M's in almost 2 months now. Don't miss them at all.
Painting helps with the stress so that is good, I don't know how soon before I am thin, but I feel a bit smaller today. YEAAAAAAAA !!!!!!

Taking it one day at a time until I get the hang of this. Yesterday I did well with food. I went to bed without taking my last mutivitamin. I walked a mile to at least do something. I think I drank enough water. Today is a new day and I am still doing my best to eat well. i had a protein smoothie for breakfast, snack i had hot cocoa (sugar free) with a half scoop of protein powder. Lunch I had some meat loaf and salad. My next snack will be popcorn, and finally dinner will be some baked chicken and veggies. Im going to try to get in 60+ ozs of plain water. Im trying to eat every two to three hours, and take my vitamins with each meal. And of course walk another mile. I feel good walking, but don't want to do too much until my foot is better, but I don't want to do nothing waiting for my foot. I must say that I already feel much better not eating all the junk foods. I can really see the difference when I eat good vs bad.
