This is a No Mercy and No Excuses post. 

Sodium was my down fall.  Knowing I am retaining water I ate out. Bad move because I should be eating salt free.  I stuck to good lean protein and some veg, then I topped it all off with a bag of salty pretzels.   
What the hell is wrong with me?

Anyhoo, liquids, protein, vits all in check.   Today I'll be cutting back some since yesterday was higher cal than normal.  No eating out.  No salt.  No processed foods.  Protein powder and lean meats only today.

Good morning! 

I've been slacking with my exercise. I will get back on track today and commit myself to running on the treadmill instead of outside. 

Vitamins, protein and water are still in check.

That's the way to do it.  Re commit, make a new plan, get right back on it.

I have been eating great and loving it.  I am walking a 5k every other day and i'm getting all my water and vitamins in.

I am absolutely certain that I am going to have a good loss, and I better, if not I am going to scream.  I am going to start wearing my tight jeans regularly starting on the 29th.  I don't care if I can't bend or breath I am going to make them part of my rotation.

I gotta pray long and hard for this miracle.

It will happen.  Glad you're out and walking and your knee is holding up.   

I'm working to keep up that freeway210k three times a week.  Does it ever get any easier, lol.  I can't imagine if I were doing a real out door run.

Today I woke up and the scale moved up again. A few days ago I was at 200 ready for 199, but that was the day I lost control again. Am I trying to sabotage myself? I can't imagine being less that 200. I can not imagine being under a size 12. I guess its fear of seeing myself thin. I don't know, but I need to snap out of it because I did not have a major surgery to give up now. I need to push myself forward. When I first had the surgery I didn't have any hunger, but now It seems like I stay hungry, well, im going to have to just be hungry and eat what I am suppose to eat. No more snacking. thats what continues to hinder me. I will no longer put stuff in my shopping cart for me to snack on unless it is low in cal. Today I made myself a plan and I am sticking to it. There is nothing to it but to do it. I want to be healthy and live life to the fullest. I think I need to eat just meat, cheese, and eggs for two weeks to put my body back into fat burning mode. and then add back fruits and some carbs.

I had to do that myself to get things moving after months if nothing. 

When cut carbs you may not want to slash calories too.  You need to keep the protein up and get enough good fats to burn fat. 

I took a few days off that plan but I'm getting back to strict protein. Today is my last day of a little 'other' foods for a while.  Protein is always the main food source for me.

Hi.

I'm not happy.    It's TOM, my boo is still outta town, I haven't been feeling well, my shoulder isn't back 100% yet, and i fell on my azz this weekend and have a huge bruise that is purple.  So now, I have lost full use of an arm and one azz cheek.

queue up the M&Ms, chips and vodka.

I had to put my passport to onerland back on the shelf - but don't you DARE grab that mofo and file it!  Imma need it back SOON ENOUGH.......
