Nah - she can't ever play a 'straight' role convincingly enough for me......... the xes scenes are always awkward.

lol.  The best role she ever play was in Set It Off.   Cause that **** was true to life.

Yes...I agree wholeheartedly on this one Lee....She played that part!!! As a matter of fact...she played it so well...that  is what started the rumors about her being gay. I still don't know if she is or not...can't recall her ever coming out....so I am still at a quandry! I really hate guessing about a person's sexuality....but at the same time...I wish people would feel free to be themselves and not imprison themselves in that way.

Huummm...I was looking at the trailer...and yaknow...that did not even cross my mind. I had thought this very same thing though in previous movies she played....I think it was Beauty shop...that was not convincing to me.... I guess maybe this one has her paired up with such fine men...that I was not even thinking about Queen Latifah as the one playing the role....I had myself ...living all up in that role vicariously!!!

shoots - she permanently killed it with me when she was in Last Holiday.  LL Cool J as yo co-star and you can't manage to look hot and drippy in the draws on camera???!!!!!!!

only a STONE cold ************** wouldn't get drippy for LL....... I'm just sayin......

Hmm, I thought she came out about a year or two ago.  Must have been a rumour.  Anyhoo, I don't give a rat's @$$.  I pay to be entertained and I don't give a **** about the 'real' person.   

I won't be lined up on opening night but I'm sure I'll see this one eventually.  Looks like fun.
