LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Sodium and insufficient liquieds tripped me up yesterday. Also, no protein powder. I stuck with protein foods except for a pack of nuts. Processed foods on the run was the issue combined with my aversion to public rest rooms. As a result, today I am fluid filled and feeling parched at the same time.
This was my 'free' weekend which I enjoyed without loosing my common sense. This week agenda is back to program: protein powder, lean meats, no caffine, limited sodium, a quart of plain water as part of my 80-90 oz liquids. I'm also monitoring my fats to make sure I'm holding to the "good" fats. Objective: ketosis lipolysis aka burning fat!

Increasing h2o starting today. Aweful abdominal pains yesterday and throughout the night. Finally went to urgicare this morning and found out I have a kidney stone and need to flu**** out. Dr. said to hold off on exercise a couple days and rest..... hmmmm. Hate to brake momentum, but will comply. I give it till Wedndesday and I'm back on it.
I've lost over 4lbs since yesterday. I know it's not the most healthy way, but could not eat sh*t while tummy was aching. Have been able to eat since leaving urgent care and have been drinking water.
So, just resting today. Feeling fine now. About to knock out a protein shake cause I know I'm way low.

I have been on point with my eating....have been slipping a little with my vitamin and supps...okay with exercise...getting the minimum in. As for the vitamins.... I replenished my container this paste weekend so that I can take ALL my supps as required as not just those in the container....I am trying my darnedest to get down to oneunderland but I keep fluctuating back and forth by 2-3 pounds....hovering around 203....this is a serious tease...don't know what its going to take to get me over the hump....but I shall persevere. Definitely not going to make my goal by the 24th...no doubt about that one....but all is good. I think the fact that I am not going to have surgery if approved until the beginning of August...took some pressure off....so I have been playing a little. My mind is still all messed up because....outside of my stomach and a little on my back....I really think I look find. The fact that all my bloodwork is normal and I still have diabetes and sleep apnea in remission is another reason...that I have let up. I know I will be happy at 180 as long as I can get my cardio where it needs to be....and keep my heart healthy. hanging in here.
