What are your goals this week?
I want to get bak to early morning exercise. Three days this wek I want to be done by 8 am.

Good goal! I exercise in mornings also. If I don't do it before I start my day, I am screwed. At the end of day unless Friday I never workout. I think Friday work because I know it is the weekend and some how that alone give me the energy to have a good Friday end of the day workout! Have a good week!
Never in a million years did i think i'd ever utter these words, but my goal this week is to figure out how to STOP losing weight.
Thought I had it under control, as when i hit my goal 3.5 weeks ago, i increased my calories to 1500 a day, and weight loss seemed to hault immediately. I was good, loving it. But for some reason, this past week it picked up again with a roaring force and i lost 7 pounds in the last week, which has never happened before since week 1.
THIS MADNESS HAS TO STOP. LOL....but i'm scared as hell to add more calories, as i would literally be suicidal if i ever regained up to 361 pounds again. I love shopping way too much for that bullsh*t. lol.
So i'm going to add in more carbs maybe (although i wasn't particularly strict on them before, so who knows), and cut back on the 100 oz of water a day.......maybe i'm flushing out way too much. I dont know...i just know i don't want to lose to much more weight.

Highest Weight : 361 (pre-op diet) | Surgery Weight : 311 | Current Weight : 181
Just be careful on trying to regain weight.....:-) Your weight will stabilize by itself. You can play around with your weight now because you are about a year out almost. I just want to say be careful and Keep up the good work! Saw your before and after pictures and you look great and are doing it for sure!!
