What are your goals this week?

My goal this week is to continue to exercise 5 or more days and 3 of those days at the gym. Continue to stay within calorie range most days with protein 1st being a focus.  What are your goals this week?

My goal is to eat protein first, and to have 1 good carb a day. Absolutely no night eating.

Good goals!  I struggle with night eating also.  But now I  save calories for night eating and I do not eat any carbs at night.  I eat some protein or complex carb and very low cal and low fat.

I agree Molly... My goal this week is to get my workout at least 5x this week and do my aerobics in the very early am. I also plan to get my protein in first and stay low on the carbs and sugar as much as possible.

Good goal!  I exercise in mornings also.  If I don't do it before I start my day, I am screwed.  At the end of day unless Friday I never workout.  I think Friday work because I know it is the weekend and some how that alone give me the energy to have a good Friday end of the day workout!  Have a good week!

Never in a million years did i think i'd ever utter these words, but my goal this week is to figure out how to STOP losing weight. 

Thought I had it under control, as when i hit my goal 3.5 weeks ago, i increased my calories to 1500 a day, and weight loss seemed to hault immediately.  I was good, loving it.  But for some reason, this past week it picked up again with a roaring force and i lost 7 pounds in the last week, which has never happened before since week 1. 

THIS MADNESS HAS TO STOP.  LOL....but i'm scared as hell to add more calories, as i would literally be suicidal if i ever regained up to 361 pounds again.  I love shopping way too much for that bullsh*t.  lol. 

So i'm going to add in more carbs maybe (although i wasn't particularly strict on them before, so who knows), and cut back on the 100 oz of water a day.......maybe i'm flushing out way too much.  I dont know...i just know i don't want to lose to much more weight.

Just be careful on trying to regain weight.....:-)  Your weight will stabilize by itself.  You can play around with your weight now because you are about a year out almost.  I just want to say be careful and Keep up the good work!  Saw your before and after pictures and you look great and are doing it for sure!!
