LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yeaterday was nothing special. Protein powder, lean meat, lots of both. I had a big appetite as a backlash to Friday's eating whi*****luded both sugar and flour products.
This scale ***** will actually acknowledge a NSV this morning. I put back every item I picked up at the supermarket that was not protein based or triggered any type of allergy. There is always justifiation for a treat. I stopped myself. Yay me.
Yesterday: protein, about a quart of plain water and 80 oz liquids, vits, no caffine and sodium in check. Today, same as yesterday but hoping to eat a little less. No exercise either day. In trying to get back on track fast I rocked it Sun-Thu. Fri however I was in pain and not of the good type.
I'll resume a less ambitious schedule tomorrow and work my way up more slowly. Its time to take a lesson from the injured BAF vets before it becomes a big problem. Its really feeling better today so tomorrow I'll be good to go.

Eating real good, can't wait to eat my frozen grapes later today. Walked with Becca yesterday and my freaking knee killed me. Will walk again today.
I will be spending the day in San Francisco, enjoying Mothers day with grandma who is 96. :)
It will be hard to watch my eating, but
both Becca and I are resolved to not eat anything bad.

Saturday was good day for me. Made some excellent choices while out today and proud of them. I had not planned to exercise yesterday and I doubt I will squeeze in a workout today either. Eating will be good today too hopefully. Tomorrow I will be back to my works outs. Thanks so much for these daily posts. I don't always have time to write, but trust me they keep me mindful during the day to be healthier and choose wisely.
Last couple of days I have not been doing so well. I will start over again monday. I find myself saying that each week i mess up. I have found my transfer addiction and it is still food. I am still addicted to food. I am not exercising, but now my foot is finally beginning to heal. Monday is a new day for me. I am going to do my best to stay busy which helps me not to eat all day. Happy Mother's day. A day well deserved..
Suggestion: When you mess up put it behind you and start over that minute. You can do a lot of damage giving yourself till Monday to start clean. You can "hit reset" at any time.
I think food is the toughest addiction to kick. To give it up is obviously impossibe. Take it minute by minute. Screw up and immediatly start fresh and put it behind you.

Yesterday wasnt as bad, however, I literally had to force myself to eat, but drunk alot of liquids.
However, today I ate into a litle of everything, but very small portions (rib tip, baked beans, mashd potatoes (barely a spoonful) and corn on cob (like 2 bites) all on a saucer place.. And i wasnt able to eat half of the small portion that I had. I didnt get a chance to workout this weekend, however, I do plan to be on track again this week.-Protein first, workout, stay low on carbs and sugar.. I'm motivated to get to onderland.. Have about 8 lbs to go!!
