LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Still sticking with the protein, keeping sodium low. Lean meat and protein powder are my main stays. I went for the peanut butter again today but I kept it in check.
Workouts are on point this week. I've got a penalty to do for the extra peanut butter. My rule is if I don't pay it forward, I owe double the calorie burn for naughty eating. Sooo... I've got an extra half hour on the elliptical today.
Doing awight. Got some catching up on excercise but gota plan to do that. I'll hit the gym tonight and doulble up. Then I'll knock out my last session tomorrow. I went Monday and think I might have pulled something in my lower back/hamstring area. Monitoring that.
I had been having gas/bloating like crazy and all I was doing was complaining about it. So I did something about it. I simply didn't stop by the fast food place to get a piece of pound cake with my cup of milk and guess what, no gas/no bloating. Amazing. Funny how easy it is to get off track. But damn, I'm gonna miss that gite dam cake tho .
I might be able to sneak in a piece erry now and then.
B: fitna go get my normal 4 scrips of bacon and protein coffee
L: catfish
D: hmmm? prolly grilled chicken breastases again
Enjoy the Friday!!1
I am at a stall....but I am not going to beat myself up as if I am totally off plan. I think increasing my exercise and limiting the Splenda (did google and do see how not only it can limit weight loss but also contribute to weigth gain) I eat this stuff like its the last sweetener on earth. I plan to mix a few thing up a bit to see if I can jog my system into Ketosis.
I'm a splenda addict too. If it raises your insulin levels it can be a possible weight loss issue. Just like with sugar alcohols its not a problem for everyone. If you are insulin resistant it may be.
Lean meats and protein powder are working for me. I strayed this week and wl has shown it so back to what has worked recently.

I know your frustration first hand. Salty Pickle does too. I think perhaps your calories are too low. Also remember just a few carbs one day can add to the water weight if you've been low carbing.
Time to re evaluate and change the plan. I've lost 9.4 lbs for all of 2010 but giving up is not an option. We've been cut. We have to see it through.
Come on BAF! Ideas? Suggestions?
Perhaps keeping protein high, well over 100g; changing your work out routine; increase calories 1100-1200 maybe?

I go off and know dam well I can't continue to not eat carbs or continue not to eat solid food and I go on crazy ass binges that just make me fatter than I was in the beginning. That is the reason I will not low carb or do liquid diets. They are very short term and not effective, FOR ME.
Not to mention when you get your body use to doing those things over and over you lose a ton of muscles and end up with a gigly body. No Thank You.
