Bikini body...
Here is the Valley of Sun (or the greater Phoenix area) it's bathing suit season. We are in the high 90's, eeking into triple digits this week. I love to swim and do so every year! I don't have a pool, so I use one of the public pools here in Mesa (which are really nice). They open in two weeks and I still have about 10 lbs left over from my back/knee injury.
For me, my plan is simple and direct...I'm upping my cardio from intense to extreme, upping my protein as well ( have been slacking off in this area) and limiting my complex carbs to mornings only.
I was hoping to have my tummy tuck and be sporting my bikini body by now, but my plans have been postponed (again****il September. I tried my suit from last year on and ........ So until then, I have a lot of work to do. So ...(guys this includes you)...

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Im far from bikini body! Cottage cheese aint cute and LAWD to I have my fair share!
As far as big legs, I think big legs are sexy! I really, really do. I have bird legs, at least from the knee down! I can relate to the cottage cheese thighs though. I have looked into the velashape procedure for cellulite. My doctor does it in her office and is giving me a free session when I hit goal. I'm equally as self examining ( I won't say self conscience, because everyone is self conscience) now than I was before surgery. I am very aware of my body and what it really looks like (verses the fantasy of what we THINK it looks like, either good or bad) and trust me, I am in serious need of more plastics!!! I feel bad for the innocent children that will be permanently emotionally scared from having to witness the carnage of me in a bathing suit!! Sad. So, so sad...
