Cinco de Mayo...
My BF gets in and suggests....Mexican food...of course I go for it because I love food nd the food at our local restaurant is so delicious. I ate half of a burrito, rice and beans and I have the other half for lunch today.

I did well with my eating yesterday and walked during my entire lunch hour......have not lost an ounce lately but I will continue to do the right thing regardless :) I want some immediate gratification for eating healthy but I keep telling myself that's not what it's all about so continue on my journey.
Faith I love love Mexican food also! I've tried to resist eating it in restaurants and have prepared several low carb versions of my favs.

Change is a Process Not an Event
I was ok till I fell into the peanut butter last night. Too much of a good thing. Exercise earned me a respectable calorie deficit but a little lower than I wanted. I've been loosing lately and I sabatage myself, humph. So now I have to work it off. I owe double the extra calories in exercise this week. Those are the rules for unauthorized snacking.
Other than that, its all been good. Over a quart of water, all liquids down. Off the salt and caffine. Fats under control. Despite my slip I stayed in my maintenance zone which is the BMR for my ideal weight. And, I made up my missed workout clearing the way for my 'pennance', lol.
I finally have a 'normal' bmi as of this week. Just a few pounds to goal. Please, no jinx. ( Help me GOD. )

I did pretty okay yesterday - my chiro thinks my improvement with my shoulder is very good - just a couple days and much better (cause I stopped trying to work it like a dayum slave). I have an appt Fri where he's going to show me PROPER exercises to streghten and tone.......
As for eating - I am pulling myself back from the ledge of eating after 7:30pm. That's a sore spot with me - I'm not even hungry, but just feel compelled to do it. I cut it off at about 8:30 last night, so I'm going to force myself to act right tonight.
I did my 3 liters of water - and ready to repeat that again today (pull off pants AND easy shapewear today) it should be NO problem! LMAOOOOO
