Sort of I made a committment to at least walk a minimum of 2 miles 4 days a week.  Last week two days and this week...no days yet.

lol.  It's not too late!  Walk around on your lunch break, walk up and down the stairs...whatever.  You have to get it in.

How did you cook that chop?

I had planned to pan brown it in a no stick pan sprayed with pam then throw on some Walden Farms zero calorie bbq sauce at the end.  I season first with red wine vinigar, herbs, pepper.

But ...  I ran short on time and ended up with a damned can of vienna sausage.  Saving my pork chop for later.

3 egg whites, sliced turkey breasts, black cafe, vitamins

Walked to work this morning (been doing it all week, 2.73 miles, there and back), been doing 2.5 miles on the treadmill, and weight work everyday this week.

Re-dedicating myself to staying at or about 220 lbs.
