HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
2 shakes down one to go. Water done. One more dose of vites to go. Resisted the Cinco de Mayo spread @ work. YAY ME!!! Not even a bite....another all shake day..plan for a light kid sized portion of soup and mayble a slice if 35 cal bread and ff cheese. The plan to do shakes all day only and eat a little something in the evening if I get desperate seems to be going well. Also has helped with my food and binge cravings. Appitite has decreased tremendously..finally!!
Got the gym in..cardio and weights. Had 2 DRAGGG my butt there today, but it was worth it.
