LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I returned to work yesterday after being off over 6 weeks and food temptations are all around me! I did not pack enough protein for lunch and snack yesterday so I got hungry but I did not eat anything that I did not want to include in my healthy eating plan . I must do better with planning meals for the work day. I must remember to pack a protein snack for mid morning because I drink a protein shake at about 6:45 or 7am and I need a snack before lunch!
I must work on proper meal planning for the work week. I walked around downtown yesterday and I will do the same today, it felt good to be out and about.
Every eye is on me and every tongue is wagging wondering how long it will take me to put the "sick" weight back on but they don't know that their negative thoughts (or wishes) are motivation enough for me to continue to reduce & maintain....... I have too many cute size 10 outfits to turn back now!

Change is a Process Not an Event
The worst GAS last night to date. I had so much gas and was bloated so much, I thought I was gonna throw up and/or pass smooth the fugg out. But I know what's causing it....I think. I just gotta let it go.
Getting the exercise in. Had to hit the gym twice yesterday so I'd be caught up. Did early morning strength training. Then went back after work to do cardio and abs. Will have to double up again tomorrow because I'll miss tonight due to a function with my kids. Gotta do what I gotta do.
Eating is off and on. Still strugglin with sweets. Trying to beat this pound cake addiction before it starts to contribute to extra pounds. Wish I had never gone to this fast food joint. Packed my lunch today. Ima try to keep it clean (i.e. restrict my carbs).
B: nuh in (fasting for a physical this morning)
L: porkchop sammich
D: grilled chicken breasts smothered in cream of mushroom soup

So far the week has been for the most part good with the exception of a cookie on yesterday and I only drank about three diet sodas yesterday and no water...not good! I will try to get in at least 48 ounces of water in today and keep carb intake LOW!

YOU'S A GD LIE!!!!!! Needless to say, i added a water pill to my vitamin intake this morning - I must be doing my own personal rendition of the Hoover Dam cause NO WAY am I packing pounds on like that for real!
anyhoo - did cardio and lower body in the gym this morning, have a therapy appt with the chiro today, so things are moving along.
I DID manage to get 3 liters of water in yesterday, looking to repeat that today!
**note: until i level off in this water thing - easy exit shapewear ONLY allowed for day wear....... LOL!**

My calories were a little higher than I wanted yesterday but protein was way up there and carbs down low with protein powder and lean meats as my staples and a half cup of veg. I just wanted to eat all day and food is still calling me. Must Be Strong!
I'm holding to plan again today: avoiding sodium and caffine, sticking with the protein. I owe some ab work today so its a long exercise day with cardio, strength, and abs.
