Wow! 7 years -Cinco De Mayo!!
Wow! How time flies! May 5th will be my surgiversary. 7 years ago on that day, I laid on the operating table and let the doctors work his magic of rearraging my insides!
I have never gotten to the weight that I wanted to be, but it was sure fun trying. After all these years and 1 baby later, I am STILL not at the weight I want to be, but I am trying.
Whoever said this is the EASY way out, sure was telling a lie. There is nothing EASY about this journey. Getting the weight off and KEEPING it OFF, is a never ending battle.
I am just happy to have my BAF family to call on for support and encouragement in my times of need.
The board hasn't jumped since the 'share' button was added, but just know that I still lurk and peek my head in and out on a daily basis.
For those who don't know me, my name is AnnGee and I was one of the ones who originally started to recruit people here(BAF), who looked like and had the same set of issues as me. This forum has grown by leaps and bounds and I am proud when I see new faces being added to our family.
I just wanted everyone, who is on this journey, to know, we all are family here and our soul purpose is to encourage and support one another. Friends may come and go, but family is FOREVER!
