ITS SOOOO SAD
HOW PEOPLE SIT AROUND AND JUST TALK ABOUT YOU AND DONT EVEN KNOW YOU!! RUMOR IS PEOPLE ARE SAYING HE AINT GON DO NOTHING BUT GAIN IT ALL BACK. AND IM GLAD I HEAR THESE TYPES OF THINGS BECAUSE IT MOTIVATES ME . I JUST PRAY THAT THE LORD CONTINUES TO GIVE ME THE STRENTH AND ABILITY TO MAINTAIN THIS LIFE STYLE THE SECOND HALF OF MY LIFE. THE FIRST HALF WAS NOT BAD BUT IT WAS NOT COMFORTABLE GOING UP AND DOWN IN WEIGHT. SO IF POSSIBLE I WILL TRY MY HARDEST TO STAY UNDER 200 EVEN IF ITS 199. I MUST ADMIT AINT NOTHING EZY ABOUT IT BUT THE REWARDS ARE SOOOO WORTH IT. LETS STAY FOCUSED YALL AND CONTINUE TO STAY MOTIVATED EVEN BY THE NEGATIVE THAT SURROUNDS US ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS!!!
ATL STAND UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Good advice. Gotta stay focused.
I can totally relate. I feel self conscious every time I go into the cafeteria at work or whenever people see me eat something, especially if it's junk food. I get the feeling that someone is gonna say or think something along the lines you described. Feels like Tupac, "All eyes on ME".
But like you, I try to use it as a motivation tool. I tell myself I can't give em the satisfaction or let em win on their bets that I know some of em have undoubtedly made, that I would eventually regain.
