I FINALLY bought a Wii

I just spent 1.2 million on a Wii console, and all the extras. Almost bowled myself clear through the window

Anywho, I bought Wii fit plus on today and can't wait to get started. What I need to know is do you lose more lbs or tone more working out with Wii fit? I am looking to tone...gotta rid myself of the butt n gutt.

I don't know which will lead to more wl but its fun. I love that it gives you your calories burned. Enjoy!

gurl I finally tried it last night and all was well until I went to bed
. I jumped in bed and the millisecond that I hit the pillow a cramp hit from my foot all the way up to my twa*
. I spent the next hour standing on one leg as I balanced against the bed, each time my foot hit the floor the cramp would zoom in, lawd. Needless to say I was down a lb this morning.
