HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Howdy!!! After the Dr. visit yesterday, I had to alter my exercise intentions for this week, so no cardio in the gym this morning - Wed and Fri will be cardio and lower body weights only. I'm resting my shoulder as instructed........
He did also mention I needed to up my water intake - said I should be doing half my weight in oz of water intake - so that's 100oz or 3 liters..... A DAY. good LORD!!!!!
But - he's an off the chain doc - he could tell my looking at my fingernails and tongue that I've had panic attacks and digestive issues recently - that was suprising to me. Other docs would have just I think i may ditch the whole PCP thing and just stick with a chiropractor.
anyhoo - I bought 2 liter bottles of water to drink here at work today, will do another liter when I get home..... good thing I wore my 'easy exit' shapewear......otherwise it could have been an 'working from home due to family emergency' day

I can choose to stay on my plan NO MATTER WHAT...just needed to say that. The co workers are having a pig out fest 2day. I am currently drinking my 2nd protien shake. ..... It iwill be all good.
No gym is shceduled today. Good, b/c my energy is still waaayyy low. Hangin in there. Sore as hell... but that has been a constant every day for the past month. Is that normal? Exercise people speak out please!
Have not been on the scale and don't plan to get on. Just gonna continue to follow my plan.

Yeah I an NOTORIOUS at work for my frequent pee breaks (i drink 96oz per day now)
Anyway water is done..last dose of vits in a few. I avoided the food fest @ work and had 2 shakes only so far today.( exept for 6 goldfish and 5 kernels of roasted corn when I got home)
Will do a third shake in a moment. I can eat a small dinner later if I want to. (it was on my plan)
Also reminding myself that just because I did not eat the junk @ work, I do not have a free pass to eat more that I planned today.
Tommorrow @ work: Cinco De Mayo celebration and free catered Lunch ( and mexican is my fave!!) But you know what? I CHOOSE TO STICK TO MY PLAN NO MATTER WHAT!!!
