I did very well yesterday with my food choices.  I kept my carbs under the 20 grams required for the Atkins induction phase.  Still having my daily battle with water.  Today will be temptation because I have to travel to Baton Rouge to rub shoulders with the "big people" at the state capital. I don't know what will be prepared for us to eat. Usually they have healthy choices.  I am really going to try to stick with salad, green veggies and the meat only.  I CAN DO THIS!!!

Yes you can do this!  Keep a safe snack with you at all times.  Some jerky or a daybreak atkins bar have delivered me from evil many times.

Atkins bars stall weight loss particularly in the induction phase.

I don't low carb, but I read a lot and people on the Atkins website say the same thing, those Atkins bars stall them.

Only one type is ok for the induction phase.  Stay away from the Endulge and Advantage Bars.  They will do you in.  The Day Break are ok.  All are between120 and 150 calories with 10g of protein.

But just one!  That's saying something.  You're winning against the carb monster.

I'm still pushing the protein through powders and lean meats.  So far, success at avoiding caffine and the sodium is in check.  I miss my pork skins but we do what we need to do.

Two days with a normal workout schedule.  I'm feeling it but I will be on point with the exercise again today.  I'm still getting a quart of plain water down.  This seems to be getting easier.  Total liquids are holding between 80-90 oz as they should be.

Fingers crossed I'll loose a couple pounds this week.  Just 1.4 lbs from a "normal" bmi and 6.4 lbs from goal.  Please God just let me drop two pounds of fat a week for the next four weeks      .

I got some light and fit ice cream sandwiches yesterday and oh my lord they are delicious, and only 110 calories and 2 ww points.   Yummy dam delicious.

I am eating really well.  I have to get some grapes today,  I am really wanting some grapes.  I am staying on my eating plan and hoping that even though i'm bloated at the moment, that it is still working.

You go girl!  Great that you have a plan you actually like that works.  Fingers cross, the fat loss is moving despite the bloating.
