water and vits done...2 proten shakes down 1 to go. 

2 shakes and water only so far today..with NO snaking other then sug free gum. Not really hungry and exhausted from the gym. Cardio and weights. Cardio is still about 3 tenths of a mile down from usual due to low calories and low carbs. Pushed as hard as I could though and got 2.5 miles in 30 min on eliptical. Then got my ab and arm work on with the weights again.

Will eat a toddler size portion of dinner and swig another shake b4 I fall asleep, but I best hurry as I go 2 bed @ 8:30 during the week ( I wake up @ 4:15 am  for work)

Tomorrow and the rest of the week free food overload for staff apprieciation week. Im not that worried. I just have to remember I CAN STICK TO MY PLAN NO MATTER WHAT!!

**** ummm..where was all this daym free food when a sista wanted to stuff her face??****

I did not recognize you from your new avi.  Your face has changed, so much smaller.  Same for me except my face is sagging in the midddle.  You look like you're getting younger.

You are really sticking to your plan.  Stay strong during the work place feeding frenzy.

WW really suits you.  I guess when you're satisfied the snacking falls in check.  Things are working for you so you'll get that size you're looking for.
